80 people on campus!

It’s been an eventful week at CCBC Mexico. We currently have 2 teams from Southern California and Washington serving on campus and in the city. Which is a total of 80 people! Such a blessing to have teams from around the country (including Florida and Hawaii) who threw a Luau for us last week! We’ve had the opportunity to fellowship, witness in the city, and share together in God’s work in the valley.

I’m reminded of a passage from Ephesians 6:18-20 “With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.”

All men everywhere are limited in their ability to communicate and spread the gospel. We all are! We can only work unto the Lord with the strength that He gives to us. When Jesus said “…apart from me you can nothing.” that meant NOTHING. We all must remain close to the Lord in prayer for one another, supporting one another, and seeing that one another is built up in Christ!

Thank you to everyone that prays on a continual basis for me and for everything happening at CCBC Mexico!

PRAYER REQUEST

1.Please continue praying for a staff member that is in the States due to physical complications. Pray for healing and a speedy recovery.

2. There are 11 mission teams serving/lodging at our campus. We will be traveling a lot and I ask for favor with border control and safety.

3. Next week our college group is holding another outreach style event in a summer series called SINNERS. Please pray for inspiration for the team leading the event and that young college students would comprehend the gospel, repent, and be saved!

4. Pray for opportunities of evangelism in the city. That we would share in wisdom, in love, and in the power of the Spirit.

5. Pray for our Nicaragua mission team from Horizonte Global. Pray that the team would be sensitive to the Lord in what He desires to do in the people, for the work projects, and for their health being in a foreign country.
